
Don't drink Coffee much anymore, it's not the same without 3 cigarettes a cup.
Have Tea in the mornings now, only a cup or 2.
I use to have 2 Pots of Coffee a day, so maybe thats why I'm carrying around these 10 extra lbs.
I keep working out 5-6 days a week. I can just about benchpress my weight now, I do leg lifts with weights on my feet and I am definitely bulking up, BUT I STILL GOT THIS SPARE TIRE!
