Well its been 1 month and 2 weeks since I got the riff-raff out of my house and started my diet. No carbs(except for Beer), working out 4, 5, 6 days a week, depending how much I'm home. I'm getting there. Can still pinch an inch, but I'm still dieting.
My numbers
Weight- Was 190, now 181
Waist- Was 37" , now 36"
Belly- Was 39", now 37"
Chest- Was 42", now 43"
Also, from all that lifting, around my bicep is 17"
I may be able to get rid of another 5 lbs, but I'm lifting way too much to ever get back to 170lbs.
I just want to get rid of this extra inch.
I hate the cardio BS(Treadmill, Stairmaster), so I avoid it. I just keep lifting, so I'm bulking up more than anything else.
Can't wait to have a doughnut!!!!
